Spain pays 13.39 bln euros to settle unpaid bills of local govts
MADRID, Oct 31 (Reuters) - Spain's Finance Ministry said on Thursday it had paid 13.38 billion euros ($18.19 billion) to settle the unpaid bills of regional and local governments as the country struggles with economic crisis.
